Doodle Booth App Reviews

I love the doodles. The frames are gorgeous and the doodles are fun. I have a couple issues that need addressing though. Importing a square format picture cuts the sides of the picture off. Resizing the pic leaves white bars at the top and bottom. I understand that the frames are a certain size, but most of the cameras I use create square pics. Maybe modify some frames and allow square pics to be imported as is. Thatd be awesome. Also, when resizing any picture the picture rotates as well as resizes making the whole process tedious and time consuming. I can spend 5 mins trying to get a square image just right. Who wants to do that? Add a separate rotate gesture or button and get rid of the dual purpose rotate/resize gesture. I dont use this app unless I absolutely want to AND have patience to deal with it. Honestly Im sure you want people using, recommending and loving your app. Fix these things and I think itd be great.

This app is alright actually its great but you cant save it :( thats the only thing that is negative about this app.

I love how it says "FREE" but you have to pay to save the picture! Not free at all! Well here is my free review on this, dont waste the download!

It isfree!!!!! Take a pic by pressing the home button and power button at the same time! Easy! Also I had this for about a month it was great.... Now CRASHCRASHCRASHCRASH

I downloaded this app edited my picture made it look AWESOME! and I cant save it for free :( not cool

It is so good but I cant save a picture for FREE!!!! Thats awful and terrible I dont recommend it

It was a little confusing at first but once you get the hang of it there is no problem

The app itself is great. But they should have bypassed the free version and just charged $1.00. Its stupid to have a free app that wont let you save anything. I dont think many buyers are as forgiving as I am.

I had this on my phone for a long time. It was free & you could save your work! I updated the app & now I have to pay to save my pictures?! What the heck is that about?? If youre gonna offer a "free" app, make it really be free! I really liked the results of my pictures but I wont be giving these developers any of my money. Nowhere in the update info did it say I would no longer be able to save my pictures. That was sneaky & underhanded.

I paid 1 buck last version, and this thing does not let you restore that, Ill change the review when you fix this

I love this app. It has >60frames >100splashes >20 txt balloons ALL colorable. Yes, you can not save without the in app upgrade -- but this is clearly stated in the app description-- which I would buy were it not for the complaints listed here. The Dev should state in the descr that this has been fixed. I note that their other two apps with similar in app purchases do not have these complaints. However until I am reassured of this fix I will cheat by taking a screen pic and cropping out the ad with the iOS photo app.

I bought this before and i really hope they do not charge me again. I been reading complaints about that. Now, altho i purchased the app i still see Ads!!!??? What the heck?

This app has tons of custom art to add to your photos. Great app to have on your phone!
